COVID Pandemic Precaution

The Covid virus had sort of disrupted the travel industry for a while. However, we at Aralluguppe HomeStay ensure the safety of our guests first. All our rooms, cottages, premises are regularly cleaned and sanitized. All our staff are compulsorily instructed to wear masks and gloves at all times and all of them are screened for temperature variations every single day. So be rest assured that your stay here will be as safe as it will be delightful. All our guests can be rest assured that we at Aralluguppe HomeStay are taking all the necessary protocols mandated by the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of Karnataka.

This includes:

  • Staff temperature monitoring at regular intervals
  • Disinfection of the premises with the approved sanitization kits
  • Masks and gloves worn by all staff members at all times inside the premises
  • Following social distancing procedures at all times.

In-house Covid rules:

  • Any guest showing symptoms of cold, cough or fever will not be allowed to check-in and there will not be any refund if pre-booked – so we request our guests to plan their visit well.
  • Sanitization of rooms will be done prior to check-in and post check-out only.
  • Laundry items changeover will not be done during the stay.
  • Guest should always wear masks as far as possible when inside the HomeStay premises.
  • Host interaction with the guest will be on request only during check-in and check-out.
  • We request your co-operation to make your stay with us enjoyable and safe. WELCOME.

Guests are requested to adhere to the following protocols as mandated by the Government.

  • Temperature check and use of sanitizers will be part of the routine check-in protocol.
  • A self-declaration form (will be provided) to be signed and any Govt. Issued photo ID to be provided during check-in
  • Use of Arogya Sethu app is mandated at all time in and outside the premises.
  • Zero-contact policy is to be followed strictly with all staff members as mandated by the Government.
  • Cash payments to be avoided as far as possible and our guests are requested to opt for the digital payment methods provided.
  • While travelling around and visiting tourist spots, guests are advised to have the Apthamitra app installed on the phone and contact appropriate authorities via the app if necessary.
